Our team pushed through the heatwave this week to crush this monster 8:12 re-roof! 163 Bundles of @ikoroofing Dynasty Emerald Green shingles! This one had quite a few angles on it, along with 9 ledges, we also spent a great deal of time and effort into some pretty extensive repairs in the metal roofing area you see in the photos. Check out the next post to follow for more details on these particular repairs. For now I will say we discovered some pretty severe damage to the roof deck once the shingles came off. All of it due to severely improper workmanship by the previous roofers.
